Only $35 to upgrade from 5.3.1 to 6.4 on Digi001?

I'm checking out the upgrade section of the digistore, and if I'm reading this correctly... if I want to upgrade from 5.3.1 to 6.4 on Digi001, all I need to get is the $35.00 downloaded upgrade? That's it? Or am I missing something?

That's correct - but it's also the last upgrade which will support the 001.
