Awesome stuff happening! :D Since there is so much love for Media Explorer, would it be possible to make the "Media Explorer: Show/hide Media Explorer" do the hiding without clicking in arrange window prior to that? I'm on Windows. Thank you in advance!

Suggestions. 1) hide overlapped stretch markers values 1a) hide all stretch markers values optionally, 1b) show stretch markers values only then under mouse cursor area 2) API GetTakeStretchMarkerSlope() of stretch marker #1 returnes (stretch marker #2 / stretch marker #1). Current slope value unuseful (how to calculate it? to make transitions beetween markers smoother via script, for example). 3) customizable stretch markers graphics
Peak drawing at extreme closeups seems fixed. Somebody has limited the zoom-in level too. Seems ok to me so far. The media explorer is pretty neat. Just had a quick look at the meta data functionality. The scan time is well worth it, as the search time is instant. I'll test it reading in my entire library a little later though :) . I'll see how it compares to Soundminer HD+ in that regard, which should be quite interesting. Small bug: Media Explorer, top-right dropdown menu, switch from "Details" to "List" and back to "Details". The meta data columns will be gone. By reloading a database, the meta data columns will return.

Thanks jeffos for those info nuggets.. Pure gold! :) Edit: the files I'm scanning are all wavs (nearly all with bwf header) from sample libraries. They are all kinds of sample rates, bit depths and some are multichannel.
- import .wav file - create a bunch of stretch markers on the item - set different (extreme) stretchmaker rates - Go in play Some parts of the item are now silent, so not the whole item is playing anymore. Different stretch engines applied on the item doesnt make a difference Reaper 5.05pre2 - 64bit OSX 10.10.5 Macbook 2015, 16 gig RAM

Reaper 5.05pre2 - 64bit OSX 10.10.5 Macbook 2015, 16 gig ram. Midi Editor: When drawing in cc data during play, i can see the "playhead line" stutter / stagnate. There is now stutter / stagnate in audio, luckily, so it's (only) a "cosmetic" thing. As fas as i know, this is a long standing issue. Changing the cc draw resolution doesn't fix it. EDIT: as a matter of fact, as i just noticed ; any kind of editing in Midi Editor (note edting also) makes the playhead stutter / stagnate, but again, audio is not affected.
I can get OR working fine but NOT seems to have trouble seeing meta data words. If I search say "wood NOT plank", then I can still see files with the word "plank" come up in the search. I did also try to do this too ""wood" NOT "plank"" but didn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong here? :)
