I/O Setup HD OMNI Please help!

I have no clue why the HD OMNI isn't appearing under the Hardware setup or under I/O setup. When I open Hardware all that appears is Pro Tools Aggregate I/O and the same appears under I/O setup. I ran digitest and it recognized both the HD omni and the Native card, I reinstalled Pro Tools, I reinstalled the firmware on the omni, running out of ideas...

If you're seeing Pro Tools aggregate I/O then you're running off Core Audio and not the HD Native card, and thus no Omni I/O. You have to go into the Playback Engine under the Setup menu and select HD Native from the "Current Engine" dropdown. Pro Tools will then shut down and you can relaunch with the HD hardware as your interface.
